FamilyDom was founded by Serhiy Yemelyanenko, a Master of Social Work and project coordinator with more than 15 years of experience in project management, operations, and supporting people through meaningful life challenges.
The inspiration for FamilyDom came not only from professional work, but also from personal experience. Caring for his mother during her journey with Alzheimer’s disease revealed how important compassionate, well-coordinated support can be—not just for safety, but for preserving independence, purpose, and joy in everyday life.
That experience shaped a simple vision: home support should help people continue living, not simply be cared for.
Today, FamilyDom empowers older adults to stay active, connected, and engaged in life while giving families confidence that their loved ones receive thoughtful, personalized support built on trust, respect, and genuine human care.
